Matthew has been in the mortgage industry since 2004. He currently resides in Oro Valley, Arizona with his wife and 6 kids. His favorite kind of borrower is the detailed one. He loves numbers and enjoys working with people who truly have a love for the process. He helps borrowers on their journey towards homebuying, refinancing, or investing all across the country. 

 Dustin has over 10 years of mortgage experience. He currently lives in Oro Valley, AZ and is a father of 2. He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time building partnerships both on and off the golf course. He specializes in residential loans as well as investment loans. He participates in real estate training events and is a tremendous resource to our team. 

 Austin has entered the mortgage industry with a passion for helping not only his borrowers, but the community around him. He specializes in VA Loans and loves taking care of people who have sacrificed so much for our country. He gives back to Veterans and every borrower with solid customer service and consistent communication. 

 Blanca has over 2 years of mortgage experience. Her & her husband of 7 years are raising 3 kids. With over 4 years of sales experience, she is passionate about helping clients reach their homeownership goals. She believes in the power of owning a home and it being a vehicle to building generational wealth for any person. Spanish Speaking

 Lindsey has over 2 years of mortgage experienced. She lives in Oro Valley with her husband and her daughter. Her favorite kind of borrower are first time homebuyers. She loves working with their excitement and developing lifetime relationships. She loves educating real estate agents about the loan process and creative ways to adapt to the current market.  

 Manda has over 15 years of mortgage experience. She is the operations manager to The Kaiser Group, The Srack Team, and the Brahler Group. She is a proud wife of a talented musician and a Mom to 2 awesome kids. Her favorite kind of loans are the challenging ones. It fills her bucket to help borrowers who otherwise would have been defeated.   

 With over 18 years of marketing experience and brand development Erin joined the Kaiser Group in 2022. She specializes in consumer direct marketing and focuses on developing stronger more intentional relationships with preferred business partners. She is a public speaker, expert in niche marketing, brand development, and business strategy.
